You can change any part of an order in Orders App. Fix a typo, change a quantity, add payment details and more.

Open the order

Open the order you want to change. Tap the ••• menu at the top right, then tap Edit order.

Edit the order

In Edit order, you can change everything about the order:

  • Customer: tap Edit to change the customer's name or phone number, or tap Remove to take them off the order.

  • Products: search for a product to add it. Use the - and + buttons to change the quantity. Tap Edit to change details like size, or tap Remove to take a product off the order.

  • Details: change the order status, add labels or update the address. Tap + Add details to add more information.

Edit payment details

Scroll down to Payment to add or change the payment status, amount, method, transaction ID and who it was paid to.

When you're done, tap Save.

Add a note to the timeline

Scroll down to Activity and tap + Add note. Type your note and tap Add. Your note is saved to the order.

Activity also shows every change made to the order, like status and payment updates. So you always know what happened and when.

Add or remove labels

Tap + Add label next to the status.

A list of your labels opens. Pick a label, or tap New label to create your own.

To remove a label, tap it on the order. In the list that opens, tap the tick mark next to the label to remove it.

Change the status

Tap the status under the order number, like Delivered, and choose a new one.

At the bottom of the order, tap Print address to print the shipping address. When the order is ready to go, tap Ship order to mark it as shipped.

Tip

Tap the ••• menu for more options. You can print an invoice, share a tracking link, copy the full order details, duplicate the order, or delete it. If the order came from WhatsApp, you'll also see Message on WhatsApp. If it came from Instagram, you'll see Open Instagram. This option doesn't show for orders you added yourself.
