# How to change your store URL?

Orders App gives you a store URL
[https://orders.app/help/article/1023-what-is-a-store-url] where customers can
place orders directly. This is useful when you want to collect order details in
a structured way.



Your store URL is yours to customize, so you can swap the default one for
something that matches your brand and is easy for customers to remember. This
guide walks you through the steps.


OPEN YOUR STORE DETAILS

Open Orders App and tap the Settings tab (the gear icon at the bottom). At the
top, you'll see your store name and store URL. Tap the pencil icon next to them.



The Store details sheet opens. Under Store URL, you'll see your current address.




ENTER YOUR NEW URL

Type the new address you want in front of .orders.app. Orders App checks it as
you type. When it's free, you'll see "That address is available." Then tap Save
at the top right.



The sheet closes and you'll see a message that your store details were saved.
Your new URL now shows at the top of Settings.



Tip



Keep your URL short and close to your business name, so it's easy for customers
to remember and type.



Note



If you change your URL, any older links you've already shared will stop working.
Update it anywhere you've posted it (like your Instagram bio).
