# What is a store URL?

Every store on Orders App gets its own store URL, like
your-store-name.orders.app. You can share this link with customers, and they can
place an order through a simple form. No long chats needed.

FIND AND SHARE YOUR STORE URL

Open Orders App and tap the Settings tab. You'll see your store URL at the top,
right under your store name.

To share it, tap the pencil icon next to your store name.

This opens Store details. Tap Share to send the link in a chat, or tap Copy to
paste it anywhere, like your Instagram bio.

To see what your customers see, tap Open your-store-name.orders.app at the
bottom.

WHAT CUSTOMERS SEE

When a customer opens your store URL, they see a Place an Order form with your
store name at the top.

They fill in:

 * Customer Details: their name, phone number and any other details you ask for.

 * Products: they can search your catalog, or upload up to 5 photos or
screenshots of what they want. Either one is enough, and they can mix both.

 * Other Details: their delivery address.

Then they tap Create order. They'll see a message confirming the order was
created, and the order shows up in the Orders section of your app.

Since customers fill in the details themselves, you get complete orders. No more
asking for a missing address or phone number.

Tip

Add your store URL to your Instagram bio and WhatsApp Business profile, so
customers can place an order any time.

Note

You can change your store URL anytime. But any links you have already shared
will stop working. See How to change your store URL
